Let me guess,  you planned your entire wedding from start to finish, then realized,  "I cannot be in two places at one time on the day of?"  Or, you're an expert in planning, not one who needs help during the planning process,  yet need a professional wedding coordinator to handle the day of duties? We're ready to SHOW up and execute on your behalf!  This package is perfect for you and it covers the rehearsal too.  Plus an added bonus loved by clients who hire us as their day of coordinator,  we meet with our couples thirty (30) days prior to ensure all loose ends are tied before they say "I Do."

We partner with a few travel agencies to ensure that the process of planning your dream destination wedding is within budget and hassle free.  Many destination sites have venue coordinators who assist with day of services, yet it can become quite stressful trying to communicate back and forth, often times via email to ensure your vision is executed as you desire.   This is why we're unique, we alleviate the stress that comes with planning a destination wedding.  We're the experts you're looking for to manage your group travel, notify your family and friends of important travel information,  create an itinerary for the duration of your stay, and much more!
